Education at Gigi Mercy Foundation
Empowering Through Skill-Based Education
At Gigi Mercy Foundation, we believe that education is a powerful tool to break the cycle of poverty. Our goal is to equip vulnerable youth—especially young women—with practical skills that open doors to self-reliance and sustainable livelihoods.
1. Mechanics Training
We provide hands-on training in automobile mechanics for young men, guided by our dedicated mentor Tom Peresona. This training takes place in our fully functional rented garage in Mbarara City, offering real-world experience and employable skills.
