🤝 Our Partnership with TWAM (Tools With a Mission)

Empowering Skills, Transforming Lives

Gigi Mercy Foundation is proud to partner with Tools With a Mission (TWAM) – a UK-based Christian charity committed to transforming lives through skills empowerment.

Together, we are bridging the gap between hope and opportunity by equipping vulnerable youth and women in Mbarara City, Uganda with essential tools and training in mechanics and knitting.

Training takes place at our functional garage in Mbarara, led by experienced mentors like Tom Peresona.

Girls are trained in sewing, knitting, and garment-making in our on-site rooms under the guidance of Miss Harry Matovu.

  • Welding & Metal Fabrication
Equipping trainees with welding skills for construction and fabrication work.

  • Car Body Work & Spray Painting
Practical experience in panel beating and restoring vehicle bodies to factory condition.

  • Washing Bay Services
A live business-learning environment that teaches work ethic, customer service, and vehicle cleaning techniques.
